And feeling numb and disconnected means you’re cut off from feeling much of anything. You can’t even enjoy feeling the satisfaction of your efforts. You find yourself missing out on the goodness of what’s happening right now because your mind is already thinking about what’s next. You wonder where your joy went. You want to feel SOMETHING- other than anger and dissatisfaction.

Learning to move from the inside out- through listening to YOUR BODY and allowing YOUR BODY to guide you, changes EVERYTHING. I will be your support as you go on this journey, deepening into the rich experiences of the simple moments of the everyday. It’ll be a pleasure to guide you.

Embodied Living Introduction
90-min session
Move your body in a way that lets you hear its wisdom and makes you feel whole and loved. The introduction to Embodied Living is a great way to get a taste of what it’s like to work with me and is a stand-alone if you need some laser focus on a particular topic. During our 90 minutes together, we will explore your deepest desire. You will leave the session feeling invigorated.

One-on-One Coaching
6 months | 18 sessions, 90 min each
A guided journey to the core of your being. The one-on-one Coaching is an experiential engagement specially created for every and any woman. You’ll learn how to lower the ambient noise of your life to relax, unwind, and restore your overtaxed nervous system. We will explore the connection between your body and mind during our time together to understand how you can better attune to your senses.
We focus on your life, your dreams and desires, your creative endeavors, and your frustrations. All of these are holistically interconnected with your experiences of intimacy and sensuality.
Together, we work through blockages and find openings for deeper pleasure and enjoyment of life.
We delve into your primary relationships: the one with yourself, your body, and your senses, and with the important people in your life. We will also talk about life experiences that might have impacted your well-being, as well as social and societal influences, so that you can have greater agency over your sensuality and desires.
We honor your light, darkness, tenderness, and rage, bringing all parts of the self into the room to love them fully and discover the sacred place they have in a healthy and vibrant life.
Each session is completely individual and will be tailored to what life might throw at you at the time.
Wild WomAn’s Circle™
Once-a-month | 2-hour Group Session
Come together with other women seeking to deepen the connection to their bodies. The Wild Women’s Circle is a group session where you will explore the innate genius your body holds.
Through exercises, movement, dance, and ritual, you will discover how you express yourself as a woman and experience a deepening of your relationship with yourself and those around you.
In a circle, we will engage with the following 4 elements:
• An embodiment exercise that sensitizes and revitalizes your body.
• A check-in that allows you to be seen and heard.
• A Wild Woman’s Circle™ practice that takes the sensitizing embodiment deeper through movement, journaling and dialogue.
• A ritual as a potent means to connect with yourself.
