Hi! I am Theres,

A multidisciplinary coach with a mission to define embodied living and help women experience more pleasure, purpose and richness in mid-life and beyond.
Using my signature Embodied Living framework, I am here to guide women in reigniting the connection to themselves, their internal beautiful power, their relationships and their environment.
I explore topics including sensuality, sexuality and sovereignty and combine coaching, movement practices, embodiment rituals, and Feng Shui in my multidisciplinary framework.

The Embodied
Living Session

The Embodied Living Session is a 2 hour introductory activation for women who feel a longing to ignite a deeper sense of connection to themselves in mid-life and beyond.

Living Program

Your access to pleasure is access to your life force and your freedom as a woman. The Embodied Living Program is a six month one-on-one journey for women who feel a longing to reignite a deeper sense of connection to themselves in mid-life and beyond.

The Embodied
Living Circle

Come together with other women seeking to deepen the connection to their body. In this group session you will explore and become intimate with the sensations of your body and learn to discern its signals.
